WSX Appoints Former Nitro Circus CEO as Executive Chairman

SX Global, the promoter of the FIM World Supercross Championship (FIM WSX), has announced the appointment of Andy Edwards as Executive Chairman. Edwards, an experienced leader and world-class operator, joins the SX Global Board during a crucial phase as the Championship gains momentum ahead of the upcoming 2024 season.

Andy Edwards: A Respected Figure in Action Sports

Edwards brings a wealth of experience to the role. As the Co-Founder and former CEO of Nitro Circus, he led multi-platform media expansion and orchestrated blockbuster live events worldwide for the sports entertainment brand. His previous tenure as Chief Operating Officer of Global Action Sports involved producing and promoting the Australasian Super X supercross series.
