  • A bar
  • A sporting lounge
  • Distinct menu crafted by a renowned California chef in partnership with Northwest Arkansas chef Rob Nelson
  • Custom cocktails
  • Four duckpin bowling lanes
  • Two sports simulators for golf, shooting, hockey, soccer, and more
  • Dart competition area
  • Two lounges with large HDTVs
  • Video games

History and Remodeling

The UARK Bowl, originally built in the late 1940s as a bowling alley, underwent changes over the years. In 1978, it transformed into shops known as the Boardwalk. In 2000, the building was remodeled to include condominiums on the upper floors and a large meeting hall on the main floor.

Now, with Leroy's vision, the UARK Bowl is set to become a unique and elevated entertainment experience. The blend of neo-industrial and classic Vegas vibes promises an exciting atmosphere for visitors.

Good Gravy Group Takes the Helm

Operating the facility will be Good Gravy Group, a hospitality company led by managing partners April Seggebruch and Stan Zylowski. Their expertise in Northwest Arkansas brands ensures that The Leroy Pinhouse & Sporting Lounge will offer something truly special.

So mark your calendars! The grand opening is scheduled for later this month, although the exact date remains undisclosed. Get ready to enjoy a fresh concept in downtown Fayetteville!
